Graham Downing CEng, MIEE

Graham Downing is an electrical engineer, formerly a director with major national practices.

During his career Graham has covered the complete spectrum of project roles. Client liaison, design and project management roles have been carried out on many major projects of varying types, from a 200,000 sq. ft. polytechnic, to a cook-chill kitchen, shopping centres and office developments, up to 180,000 sq. ft.

Mike Martin

Mike Martin is a health and safety surveyor, formerly the director responsible for health and safety for a number of national building contractors and for a national firm of property managers and building surveyors.

He has particular expertise in risk assessment and the preparation of client's health and safety documentation, and has been appointed planning supervisor on numerous projects.
