Health and Safety Review

Health and safety reviews are carried out on the activities surrounding services to buildings as follows:

Health and Safety Risk Assessment; to meet the requirements of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, including:

· general building matters

· building services

· written report

· illustrative photographs

· specific defects noted

· prioritised activity schedule

CDM Co-ordinator’s duties under the CDM regulations

Operational safety; a review of the tasks that are carried out at the property

Test and inspection review; the need for testing and inspection and the quality of that being carried out

Implementation of inspection and testing;

· fixed wiring

· ductwork cleaning

· gas services
